The idea behind V Authenticate germinated after filling countless visitor log books all over the world, giving mostly correct but sometimes incorrect information, usually in illegible handwriting.

With no way for the visited entity to verify visitor information the log book seems to achieve little purpose other than create an artificial feeling of control over the movement of people into the premises.

The aim at V- Authenticate was to create a simple, user friendly affordable authentication server with different options which would be seamlessly used by the smallest of commercial & residential units to the largest of public places such as malls, stadiums, etc.
